Symptoms, medical history, lab values — exclusively for medical treatment. This data is subject to the special protections of Art. 9 GDPR / Art. 5 nDSG.

c) Technical data

IP address, browser type, page views — for the operation and security of the website.

3. How we use your data

Providing telemedicine services
Communicating with you about your treatment
Payment processing (via Stripe)
Improving our website (anonymized statistics)

We do not use your data for third-party advertising and do not sell it.

4. Data security

All medical data is transmitted via HIN (Health Info Net) — the secure network of the Swiss healthcare system. Data is stored exclusively on Swiss servers and is encrypted.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Data is only shared with:

Partner labs (for blood analysis, only the necessary data)
Stripe (payment processing, per their privacy policy)
Physicians in the Andros network (for your treatment)

6. Retention

Medical data is retained per legal requirements (at least 10 years). Contact data is deleted after the business relationship ends.
