1. Scope

These Terms apply to all services provided by Andros Health AG ("Andros Health"), Zürich, to customers in Switzerland and abroad.

2. Services

Andros Health provides telemedicine services for men's health, including:

• Performance Assessment (diagnostic services incl. lab analysis and physician consultation)
• 12-week programs (focused treatment programs)
• Performance Membership (ongoing medical support)

All medical services are provided by FMH-certified physicians.

3. Formation of contract

The contract is formed upon booking confirmation by email. By booking you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Prices and payment

• Performance Assessment: CHF 400.– (one-time)
• 12-Week Program: CHF 1,200.– (incl. Assessment)
• Performance Membership: CHF 400.– per month, plus medication and lab costs

Payments are processed via Stripe (credit card, TWINT, Apple Pay). All prices in CHF incl. VAT.

5. Cancelling the Membership

The Performance Membership can be cancelled monthly, without giving reasons and without notice period. Cancellation is submitted by email to info@androshealth.ch and takes effect the following month.

6. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to medical services already rendered (blood test, consultation). The Performance Assessment can be cancelled free of charge until the blood draw.

7. Medical limitations

Andros Health provides telemedicine services and cannot replace inpatient treatment. In a medical emergency, please call emergency services (144) or go to the nearest emergency room.

8. Liability

Andros Health is liable for damages only in cases of gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich.
